ALLEN -- Gregory Lee, 19, was called to be with God, from his home in Tulsa, on Tuesday, November 1, 2005. He graced us with his presence at his birth on November 25, 1985 in Oklahoma City, OK. He was a delightful addition to our family. We, his parents, Lee and Beverly Allen, and his sisters, Valerie and Cindy, were blessed with his intelligence, wit, charm and sense of humor. Even more so, we were granted the pleasure of seeing the passion he showed for the things and people he loved. He moved to Tulsa from Oklahoma City in 1993 with his family and entered the Jenks Public School system in 2nd grade. He graduated from Jenks High School in 2004. Greg participated in most sports at a young age but always loved soccer the most. He especially loved the time in high school where he and his friends could all be on the same team. He also loved paintball, ping pong, music, and the outdoors. His father and he spent many happy moments hunting, fishing, camping and hiking. His favorite was hiking. He and his Dad hiked the Grand Canyon and recently hiked in the Yosemite National Park. Greg was an Eagle Scout from Troop 916, where many of his childhood friendships flourished. His friends remember him as passionate, loyal and very intelligent. He loved cooking and often discussed a career as a Chef. He attended the University of Oklahoma and was a member of Fellowship Lutheran Church. Greg is survived by: his mother and father; and 2 sisters; his maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Evans of Camden, AR; paternal grandmother, Constance Regenold of Lake Providence, LA; and many, many aunts, uncles and cousins. Visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m., on Sunday, November 6, at Moore's Southlawn Chapel, 663-2233. The memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. on Monday, November 7, 2005 at Fellowship Lutheran Church, 6727 S. Sheridan and officiated by Pastor Alan Fox. Arrangements are under the direction of Moore Funeral Home. We wish Greg to be remembered as a caring and passionate person with a very big heart who shared his smiles and love easily with family, friends and everyone he met. He is loved deeply by his family and friends. He will be missed greatly.
